It's a hot and rainy day over at Jimmy T's. We had a catering breakfast this morning for the lovely group from New Mexico. The family enjoyed some banana pancakes, french toast, cheesy eggs, bacon & sausage, and some fresh tropical fruits prepared by Chef Pablo Picado. 

Tonight the menu consists of some delicious pork & mango wantons and chicken & veggie empanadas to start, followed by a tender pork loin with apple glaze, grilled fish with mango ginger sauce, grilled vegetables, garlic mashed potatoes, a strawberry balsamic salad with goat cheese... and for dessert a delectable apple crisp topped off with vanilla ice cream. A feast for sure!!!
