Catering last night was another success thanks to Chef Pablo Picado. The dinner was a beautiful spread of Beef Tenderloin, filet of Mahi Mahi with a mango/ginger salsa & Lobster tails, along with a Caesar Salad, Mixed Vegetables, and stuffed Baked Potatoes. Our gracious hosts were pleased as always. And we got to enjoy the beautiful sunset from the breathtaking view at Casa Catara. Many thanks to Marc Stanley for being such an awesome client!
